Emerging Developer
Circle
Six Thursdays, 2:30-4:00pm
February-July 2026
The Emerging Developer Circle is designed to help small-scale developers build their skills to create housing in the Northeast region.
You will gain insights from peers and build strategies to tackle your own small-scale development project through a peer-learning community where you can collectively solve problems, share resources, and grow your business acumen.
The Circle meets monthly (90-minute sessions) for a facilitated conversation on topics the group will choose, led by a HELM consultant/coach/trainer.
Circle participants will:
Share knowledge and best practices: Exchange ideas, lessons learned, and innovative approaches to small-scale development challenges.
Enhance professional skills: Develop and refine expertise in technical and interpersonal skills to be successful in developing, owning, and operating development projects.
Build relationships and networks: Connect with peers to expand professional opportunities and advance collective impact.

The Emerging Developer Circle is limited to 10 participants. To participate, individuals should have a project they are actively working on.
