Hannah Bryant

Owner’s Project Manager

(she/her)

A lifelong builder and advocate for sustainable, community-driven design, Hannah has spent over 15 years balancing hands-on construction and design work with high-level planning and policy development. From building an off-grid cabin in rural Vermont as a teenager to managing complex land-use projects, her career has been shaped by a deep passion for placemaking and an ability to navigate the intersection of architecture, sustainability, and public policy. Hannah has worked extensively with municipalities, developers, and policymakers to create equitable, climate-resilient places. Her expertise spans historic preservation, housing policy, urban revitalization, and construction management.

After twenty years of living on the West Coast, Hannah is thrilled to be back in her home state of Vermont where her kids can experience the joys of mud season, maple creemees, and riding the single chair on a bluebird ski day. When she’s not working, you’ll find her tackling ambitious projects on her farm, volunteering in her community, or trying to keep up with her active family on single-track or ski trails.
