Solidarity Fund

At HELM, we believe that those most impacted by institutional oppression are best equipped to lead the development of more equitable and just systems and institutions. We created the Solidarity Fund to provide free or discounted consulting and training to BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and women-owned construction and design companies. These communities are underrepresented in our industry and traditionally have less access to business consulting services and training opportunities. We want and need their leadership in our building community!

For our friends, allies, and client companies who would like to strengthen their commitment to the triple bottom line and “share the wealth”, please consider donating to the Solidarity Fund. These funds will be used to directly support the business development of mission-aligned BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and women-run companies and organizations that have financial need and less access to traditional business consulting services and education.

Will you join with HELM in carrying out our purpose “to revolutionize the construction industry, centering people, planet, and prosperity to become a catalyst for climate justice”?
