Designed to help leaders and trainers build highly-skilled teams and develop the construction workforce in their region.
You will gain insights from peers and build strategies to help your organization define realistic and impactful workforce development goals; level-up your company’s internships, co-ops, apprenticeships, or trainings; better support staff members responsible for on-the-job training of employees; and build impactful partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and other businesses to support the next generation of construction professionals.
Who
Group size will be limited to 6 participants. Open to individuals involved in supporting their company’s co-op students, interns, or apprentices, offering public or industry-facing trainings, working with schools or other organizations for educational outreach, or otherwise involved in workforce development efforts.
Format
Online via Zoom. Sessions are not recorded. Real-time attendance only.

Registration
$2000 per person.

Daniel Singer, MEd, PhD, is an independent Learning & Development specialist focused on positively impacting people, planet, and prosperity. He works with businesses and nonprofits on strategy and training projects that upskill teams, educate the public or industry groups, improve business processes and organizational development, and meet defined strategic goals.
