Know Your Rights

Since January, we have seen shifts in immigration enforcement and an expanded use of worksite raids. Immigration enforcement affects workers and employers. During this Know Your Rights training with Organized Power in Numbers, employers will have the chance to understand their Constitutional rights if immigration comes to the workplace, learn about different kinds of immigration enforcement actions, and hear about practical steps employers can take to prepare.

$250 per company - unlimited individuals can attend from each business (including trade partners)
Neidi Dominguez Zamorano
Neidi Dominguez Zamorano is the founding Executive Director of Organized Power in Numbers. She is an organizer, experienced campaigner, and visionary strategist who has been recognized as a Ford Global Fellow and Aspen Job Quality Fellow.
Trudy Rebert
Trudy Rebert is an attorney and policy advocate working at the intersection of migration and labor issues. She has worked for non-profit organizations as a litigator and policy attorney and in a policy role at the U.S. Department of Labor during the Biden-Harris administration.
