Professional Coach
(she/her)
Erica is committed to helping people lead with clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose. A former mechanical engineer and global operations leader, she brings a pragmatic, compassionate approach to coaching that is rooted in curiosity, respect, and the belief that growth happens when insight and action come together. She especially loves working with analytical thinkers, mission-driven professionals, and leaders navigating complex transitions or high-accountability environments.
Erica’s coaching draws on a blend of systems thinking, evidence-based leadership practices, and the empathy borne from managing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes industries. She partners with clients to uncover what truly matters, strengthen self-trust, and build leadership habits that feel sustainable, authentic, and effective.
Erica lives in Maine with her partner and their menagerie of rescue animals. She’s an avid cook and an occasional yoga teacher, with a focus on Yin.
She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State, an Executive MBA from UT Austin, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation.
