Develop your full leadership potential with this Leadership Circle. This group provides a facilitated, supportive space for building community and skills among both seasoned and emerging leaders in construction and design businesses. You'll gain insights, strategies, and resources for addressing common leadership challenges, while you develop your full leadership potential, with greater capacity, more clarity, and less stress. In addition, you'll find support for leadership transitions (including expanding and developing your team) and come away with a broader professional community and a network of supportive peers.

Who

Group size will be limited to 6 leaders. Open to individuals who have participated in HELM's coaching program or have other coaching experience.

Mel is HELM's Co-Founder and Director of Vision & Strategy. They are a BPI- and PHIUS-certified professional, are an ICF ACC-accredited coach, and have been providing business consulting, coaching, and project management services to companies throughout North America over the past ten years.
