How it works

ASSESSMENT: Before we meet, we’ll provide a detailed questionnaire to gather as much information as possible about your business. We’ll analyze your financial statements, projections and company documents. Then we will sit down with you to present our overall assessment, discuss the challenges and strengths and review your goals for the future.

PLAN: Then we’ll work together to come up with a work plan for the coming year, based on whatever pieces of the puzzle you want to tackle first. Usually there are some pieces you’ll take on yourself, and some that we can assist you with.

CHECK-IN: Based on the plan we’ve agreed on, we’ll check-in regularly to ensure we’re on track. Some projects may be short duration and completed within a month or two, and others may be on-going and require periodic review to make sure you’re making progress towards your goals.

YEAR-IN-REVIEW: With our business consulting clients, we like to sit down together once year and take another hard look at your year-end financials, what has been working well, and what you’d like to change in the coming year. We’ll review past projects, digging into profit margins & overhead, help you develop a budget for the coming year, and prioritize action items going forward.
