TJ has over 15 years of combined experience in construction, first in masonry and slate roofing and for the past seven years in solar installation, sales, operations, and service. They are a certified Project Management Professional who believes the best solutions are created through meaningful connection and collaboration using relevant and impactful data and analysis. They believe that climate justice is social justice, that environmental solutions are greatly needed, that each person has the power to enact change, and that together the impact we can have is immeasurable. They live in Worcester, MA, and enjoy meandering walks with their wife, dog, and cat, a cup of coffee any hour of the day, reading, baking, and community engagement and activism.
