Lilly brings over a decade of expertise in estimating and project management within high-end and high-performance residential construction to HELM. She holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and earned a BA from Hampshire College. Lilly thrives on managing projects from pre-design through post-construction, with a focus on refining processes to better serve her clients.

Originally from San Francisco, Lilly relocated to Massachusetts in 2006 and now resides in Somerville with her wife and daughter. A hands-on professional and creative, she recently renovated her own home, incorporating energy-efficient technologies and locally sourced materials.

Outside of her work at HELM, Lilly enjoys quality time with her family, crafting custom furniture in her woodshop, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
