Christina brings a wide range of expertise to HELM, drawing from her experience in high-end residential construction where she’s handled everything from interior design and cost estimation to field management and project wrap-up. Bridging the gap between administrative and field teams—often more rivals than collaborators—sparked her passion for improving organizational communication and processes. At HELM, Christina puts her relationship-building skills and knack for streamlining systems to work helping the next generation of industry leaders to achieve triple bottom line success.

 A Florida native, she spends her free time “hiking” Tampa Bay’s flatlands with her husband and two kids. She enjoys historical legal books, Pilates, and waffles—preferably all at once.
